Privacy Policy
Eziria helps people start and run an online business: it builds a website, collects leads and orders, and, when connected, runs advertising on their behalf. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to https://eziria.com and every site we host for our customers on an eziria.com subdomain or a connected custom domain.
1. Who this policy covers
- Owners: people who sign up for Eziria to build and run a business.
- Visitors: people who visit a site we host for an owner, fill in a form there, or buy something there.
For visitors, the owner of that site is the business you are dealing with. We process your information on their behalf to deliver the form or the order to them.
2. What we collect
From owners
- Account: email address, name if you give one, and sign-in details handled by our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile from Google.
- Business details: the answers you give during onboarding (business type, niche, product, name) and anything you add later, including the brief you write for the AI.
- Site content: text, pages, products, prices and photos you create, upload or generate.
- Usage: the actions you take in the product, the AI requests you make and their results, credits used, and technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.
- Feedback and edits: ratings you give on what the AI produced, and the before-and-after when you rewrite AI text by hand.
- Payments: we use Stripe to take payments and to pay you. We store Stripe identifiers and payment status, not full card numbers or bank details.
- Connected accounts: if you connect an advertising or other account (for example a Meta ad account), we store the access token and the identifiers and performance data needed to create and manage campaigns for you. We only request the permissions needed for the features you turn on.
From visitors
- Forms: whatever you type into a contact, quote, booking or newsletter form on a hosted site, usually a name, email and message.
- Orders: the items you buy and the amounts. Payment is taken by Stripe on the owner’s connected account; we receive the order status and totals, not your card details.
- Technical: standard server logs and a small browser storage entry that keeps your cart on that site.
3. How we use it
- To provide the service: build and host sites, deliver leads and orders, run the daily task engine, and manage ads when you ask us to.
- To power AI features: your business details, brief and site content are sent to our AI providers to write copy, make edits, and generate images for you.
- To improve the service: we look at how sites, products and ads perform across Eziria in aggregate, and we may keep your ratings and hand edits as examples that guide the AI for all customers. Before any such example is used, business and personal names, email addresses, phone numbers and links are removed. Your sites, leads, orders, files and connected accounts are never shown to other customers. You can turn the use of your ratings and edits off at any time under Connections > Your data; the switch applies from then on and we remove unreviewed items you had contributed.
- To bill: to meter usage, charge credits, and process payments and payouts.
- To keep the service safe: to detect abuse, enforce our terms, and keep records we are required to keep.
- To communicate: service emails about your account, your sites, and your campaigns. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing on behalf of third parties.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each receives only what it needs:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
5. Meta platform data
When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we use Meta’s APIs to create ads, manage budgets, and read campaign performance for your business. We use that data only to run and report on your campaigns inside Eziria. We do not sell it, use it to build profiles for other purposes, or share it with other customers. You can disconnect at any time from the Connections page, which deletes the stored access token; we then delete campaign data we hold for that account within 30 days unless we must keep it for billing records. You can also remove Eziria from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.
6. Cookies and storage
Eziria uses cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and secure. Hosted sites use browser storage to remember a visitor’s cart. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on https://eziria.com. Owners may add their own tracking to their sites and are responsible for disclosing it.
7. Retention
- Account and business data: for as long as your account exists, then deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
- Leads and orders: for as long as the owner keeps them; owners can delete them from their dashboard.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law require, typically seven years.
- Logs: up to 90 days.
8. Your choices and rights
- You can view and change your business details and site content in the product at any time.
- You can stop your ratings and hand edits from being used to improve the AI under Connections > Your data.
- You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. See the data deletion page for the steps.
- If you are a visitor to a hosted site, contact the business you dealt with first; they control that data. You can also contact us and we will pass the request on and help.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. We honor those requests and do not discriminate for exercising them.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as the law requires.
10. Children
Eziria is for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We will post updates to this page and change the effective date. For material changes we will also email owners.
