Data deletion
Delete your account and everything in it
- Email aibusinessgoldrush@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Eziria account”.
- We confirm the request by replying to that address within 2 business days.
- Within 30 days we delete your account, business details, sites, leads, orders, uploaded and generated images, AI history and connected-account tokens. Your hosted site goes offline when the deletion runs.
- We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records, for the period the law sets, and we keep them out of normal use.
Disconnect Facebook or Instagram only
If you connected a Meta account and want to remove that connection without closing your account, open Connections in your dashboard and choose Disconnect. That deletes the stored access token immediately, and we delete the campaign data we hold for that account within 30 days unless it is part of a billing record.
You can also remove Eziria from the Meta side: in Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find Eziria and remove it. Removing the app there revokes our access; email us as above if you also want the data we hold for that connection deleted right away.
Delete specific items
- Leads and orders: delete them from the Leads page in your dashboard.
- Site content and photos: edit or remove them in the editor. Removed photos are deleted from storage.
- AI history: email us and we will clear it.
If you are a visitor to a site we host
The business that owns the site controls the form or order you submitted. Contact them first. If you cannot reach them, email us at aibusinessgoldrush@gmail.com with the site address and what you submitted, and we will remove it or pass your request to the owner.
